Wonderful Wildflowers

From January onwards when the Snowdrops start to appear the floor of the garden becomes covered in a carpet of wildflowers. Bluebells and Wild Garlic carpet the ground from March onwards mixed in with Primroses, and finally in summer the wildflowers in the rides looking back towards Antony House appear.

Our wildflowers are not only good for colour, coverage and pollination purposes, but they also contribute to the beautiful fragrance that fills the garden throughout the spring and summer.

The other benefit the wildflowers at Antony Woodland Garden bring is for the 1000s of wildlife species that are also visitors to the garden; insects, birds, butterflies etc.
